This is one of our most popular services available. We offer free next day results once the lab has received the samples, a $30 value! It’s made a big difference for many of our customers, especially with an impending closing date. You can use a test kit from a local store but they do not provide the concentrations in the air, and will always be positive. Video Consultation
This service should be used by anyone selling a home, preferably BEFORE that first offer comes in; or the dreaded home inspection. We can use any number of platforms to video into your area of concern and also make recommendations for the frequent items that a home inspector dings sellers on. This service is a fraction of the cost of a home inspection and could save a delay or loss of contract. Frequently used by customers outside our local area as well as during this pandemic.
Hidden mold
LOOKS SMALL ON SURFACE BUT....
If you look closely at the wall behind and right of the shower head. There are very small mold spots but look at the drywall pulled down from the ceiling. A moisture meter will be needed to reveal this hidden infestation. Small leaks from above might not be enough to drip through the drywall but enough to feed the mold spores to grow as seen.
